What we believe
statement of faith

As a church, we believe in:

The Bible
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, authoritative in all matters of faith and practice. Written by human hands under the Holy Spirit's guidance, it offers divine truths without error and provides enduring wisdom for believers.

The Trinity
God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit—one God in three persons. Each shares the essence of divinity, possessing equal power and authority.

The Father
He is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, unchanging, completely trustworthy, and holy. In Him, we live, move, and exist.

The Son
Jesus Christ came to earth fully human and fully God. He is the only solution for humanity to come into a right relationship with God.

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit guides believers into all truth, exalts Christ, convicts of sin, and bestows spiritual gifts. He comforts, moulds believers into Christ’s likeness, and assures us of our connection with Christ.

Salvation
The sinless blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sins. Salvation occurs when people repent and place their faith in Christ’s death and resurrection. It is a gift from God, not earned by our efforts.

Baptism
Baptism is a symbolic act of obedience and a public declaration of faith. Through immersion in water, believers demonstrate their union with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. It is not a means of salvation but a visible expression of an inward transformation.

Eternity
Humankind was created by God to exist forever, either eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation.
